Charlene Thouard

Charlene Thouard boasts extensive experience in product expansion and employee engagement, currently serving as Head of Product Expansion (stream Engagement) at Swile since June 2020. Prior to this role, Charlene was the Cofounder and CEO of Briq, a company dedicated to enhancing employee engagement through gamified solutions, and PeersUp, which focused on automatic skill mapping for improved collaboration. Additionally, Charlene co-founded Inspir'Her, an NGO aimed at highlighting inspirational women across Europe. Previous positions include Project Manager at SECAFI, Consultant at Akoya, and Business Developer & Analyst at SPEAR, alongside leadership roles in student organizations at HEC Paris. Charlene holds a Grande Ecole (M2) degree in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, further complemented by a background in preparatory classes at Lycée Lakanal.
