Xavier Monty

Xavier Monty currently serves as Chief of Staff at Swile, having previously held the position of Director of the CEO office at Cegid, where responsibilities included supporting the CEO with board session coordination and internal communications. Prior to Cegid, Xavier was Chief of Staff at Talentsoft, where involvement ranged from coordinating executive meetings to leading the marketing function as Interim CMO during an acquisition. Xavier's career includes roles at Sage as Global Social Media Marketing Director and Digital Strategy Manager, and at Dassault Systemes, managing corporate e-marketing campaigns. Early experiences include positions at TalkTalk and Eschmann Equipment. Xavier holds a Certificate in Advanced Program Management from Stanford University and a Master of Science in International Marketing from SKEMA Business School, along with an MBA in Marketing Strategy from Concordia University.
