Benni Chang Amato

Benni Chang Amato currently serves as In-House Counsel at SWIM USA since June 2023. Prior to this role, Benni was a Partner at Gordon & Rees LLP from February 2009 to June 2023, specializing in the Intellectual Property practice group and practicing in federal courts nationwide while residing in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. Benni's legal journey began as a Summer Associate at Heller Ehrman in 2007 and included an earlier position as an Administrative Assistant/Technical Editor at Liftech Consultants Inc. from 2000 to 2005. Academically, Benni obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law between 2005 and 2008, following a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2000.
