Hans Stoetzer

Hans Stoetzer is a Principal Support Engineer at Swimlane since November 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues and platform bottlenecks across the product's technical stack, including .NET, MongoDB, Python, and Kubernetes. Previously, between May 2019 and November 2021, Hans served as a Level 2 Support Engineer at IBM, focusing on second-line support for WebSphere Application Server security components, addressing challenges associated with SSL/TLS, LDAP, and SSO technologies. Prior to that role, Hans was a Summer Research Fellow at Furman University from April 2018 to May 2019, tasked with redesigning the curriculum and developing interactive labs in Java for an Information Security course. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Middle East and Islamic Studies from Furman University, obtained from 2016 to 2020.
