Kelly Dougherty

Kelly Dougherty serves as the Director of Organizational Development at Swimlane, a position held since June 2017, where responsibilities include operational support, strategic planning, and process design for organizational growth. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions, including Project Delivery Manager, Senior Agile Services Resource and Partner Manager, and Services Partner Manager at CA Technologies and Rally Software, focusing on agile services and partner management. Additional experience includes project management roles in localization at SDL, online marketing analysis at SmartClick Advertising, and entrepreneurship as the owner of Kelly's Kupcakes Ltd. Kelly possesses a BA in Economics from Colorado State University and has implemented numerous initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee onboarding processes across multiple organizations.
