Lindsay Jones

Lindsay Jones serves as the Director of Service Operations at Swimlane since November 2022. Prior experience includes nearly nine years with the US Army, where roles encompassed Human Resources Management, Senior Manager, Operations Manager, Intelligence Analyst, and Assistant Intelligence Analyst. Responsibilities included mentoring over 1,400 personnel, managing training and operational readiness for 113 personnel, developing training plans for 700 personnel, and providing intelligence support during deployments. Lindsay Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington, obtained in June 2013.
