Ramanan Gandhi

Ramanan Gandhi currently serves as Vice President at Swimlane, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ramanan Gandhi spent over 14 years at Oracle, ascending through various leadership positions including Vice President of Product Development, where notable achievements included spearheading the MVP version of an AI&ML-based Recommender product, resulting in significant customer expansion. Ramanan Gandhi has a strong background in engineering and product development, having established teams and led multiple successful product initiatives during tenures at Oracle and previous companies, which include QASource, Macromedia Inc., and Nortel Networks. Ramanan Gandhi holds an MCA in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and a B.Sc. from Madurai Kamaraj University.
