Rich Waldis has worked in the software industry for over 30 years. In 1988, they began their career as a Department Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Rich then worked as a Manager at Accenture from 1992 to 2000. During this time, they also worked as a Project Manager at Enterpulse. In 2000, they became the Owner of Axia Consulting, LLC. From 2004 to 2017, they worked at MRI Software, first as Vice President of Product Development and then as Senior Director of Product Development, responsible for the product development of multiple products in the Investment Solutions division. In 2008, they became the Owner of Swim-Team.US, the first entry into the swim team management space. This company was later acquired by Team Topia in 2017, where they became a Brand Ambassador. Rich also works as a Real Estate Dad at ZKO Enterprises, LLC.
Rich Waldis received their B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia in 1988. Rich then obtained their MBA in Accounting and MIS from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 1992. Rich also attended VES, though it is unclear what they studied there.
