Bianca Gay

Bianca Gay is currently a part-time student at Swinburne Online, pursuing a Bachelor in Education (Primary and Early Childhood) since February 2018. Bianca has extensive experience in early childhood education, having served as an Educational Leader at Kenmore Hills Early Learning from September 2020 to April 2023 and at Green Leaves Early Learning from February 2020 to September 2020. Prior roles include Special Needs Assistant at RED HILL SPECIAL SCHOOL in mid-2019 and Special Education Assistant at Weipa C&K Early Childhood Education Association from November 2011 to April 2019, where responsibilities included supporting children with higher needs and coordinating various educational programs. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Education from Swinburne University of Technology, a Diploma from Far North Queensland TAFE, and a Certificate from TAFE Queensland, complemented by foundational education from Stuartholme School.
