Daniel Kruk

Daniel Kruk is a Senior ITSM Process Analyst at Swinburne University of Technology since October 2013. Daniel also worked as an Information Technology Project Coordinator, Senior Client Support Analyst, and Client Support Analyst at RMIT University from May 2010 to March 2013. Prior to that, Daniel was a Desktop Support Technician, CareerHub Analyst, and Client Liaison Officer at RMIT University. In addition, Daniel served as an Assistant Manager at Target Australia and a Crew Trainer at McDonald's. Daniel is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at RMIT University, where Daniel also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems.
