Jen Tucker

Jen Tucker is a PhD scholar in Media & Law at Swinburne University of Technology, while also serving as Managing Director of Elevate Impact, which focuses on helping organizations articulate their purpose. Jen has held several significant roles, including Partner in Advisory at Davidson, where the mission is to enhance workplace performance, and Executive Director of Strategy & Innovation at Indigenous Business Australia, aimed at fostering economic independence for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the Cathy Freeman Foundation, Deepend, the Department of Justice in Victoria, Musica Viva Australia, and Museums and Galleries NSW. Jen holds a Master's in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Sydney and has completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
