Milind Chile

Milind Chile is an experienced professional in HCM systems management, currently serving as HCM Systems Manager at Swinburne University of Technology since April 2022. Previously, Milind held various senior management roles at Crown Resorts, including Senior Group Manager Corporate Solutions and Manager PeopleSoft Systems, where responsibilities included consulting, solution delivery, and strategic direction for the ERP suite. Milind began a professional career as a technical consultant at Wipro and later at AXA Australia, focusing on project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership in PeopleSoft implementations.
