Vlad Demsar

Vlad Demsar is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Swinburne University of Technology, where involvement has spanned since January 2020, also serving as Co-Director of the Customer Experience & Insight (CXI) Research Group since May 2023. As Managing Director at Sky High Digital and Dassier Pty Ltd since 2016 and 2012 respectively, Vlad has extensive practical experience in the marketing field. Vlad co-founded the Australian Leadership Index in February 2020 and previously held senior consultant roles at Customer Experience & Insight (CXI) Research Group, Australian Consumer and Retail Studies, and Lewers Research. Vlad's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing and a Bachelor of Honours from Monash University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management.
