Warwick Padey

Warwick Padey is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in real estate and asset management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Property and Space Management at Swinburne University of Technology since November 2019, Warwick has previously held significant roles including Portfolio Director of Real Estate at The University of Melbourne, where oversight of real estate management across multiple campuses was a key responsibility. Warwick's extensive experience includes national property management positions at Hairhouse Warehouse, Jeanswest, and Terry White Chemists, as well as a managerial role at Moorabbin Airport Corporation. Warwick's career in property started in the late 1990s with ANZ and Grosvenor Property Services, building a comprehensive skill set in leases, acquisitions, and space planning. Educational credentials include studies at Melbourne University and RMIT University, along with a VCE from Caulfield Grammar School.
