Steve Christy

Steve Christy has been a Superintendent at Swindell Dressler International Company since 1988, where responsibilities include day-to-day planning of shop work, managing payroll, and overseeing sick time and vacations. Steve practices the five steps to lean manufacturing and staffs the shop as necessary to meet work demands. Previously, Steve served as a supervisor, handling all shop activities while being safety trained and one of three first responders for the company. Steve completed high school education at John A Brashear from 1982 to 1985.
