Brian Holley

Brian Holley, MBA-HCM, AIC-CPC, currently serves as the Director of SoCal Healthcare at Swinerton, utilizing 25 years of expertise in delivering healthcare building projects that positively impact communities. Holley is a Past President and Fellow of the American Institute of Constructors, with a history of leadership roles since 2014, and has been an at-large board member for the Deer Springs Fire Protection District since 2018, focusing on community oversight. In addition, Holley is part of the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association, supporting the 2024 heart walk and previously contributed as a board director/advisor at Solstrata. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
