Eric Dunlavey

Eric Dunlavey is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and oversight within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Superintendent for the SoCal TM Healthcare Division at Swinerton since November 2021, Eric previously held the position of Project Superintendent at Kitchell from January 2013 to November 2021, managing multimillion-dollar OSHPD permitted projects. Prior to this, Eric was the OSHPD Inspector of Record for various acute care hospitals and skilled nursing facilities through Dunlavey Consulting Inc. from March 2004 to January 2013. Eric's early career included work as a General Foreman/Superintendent at University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors, where management of mechanical projects spanned multiple high-stakes industries. Eric holds a Certificate in Construction Inspection Technology from San Diego State University and completed a Steamfitter/Pipefitter Apprenticeship Program with the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters.
