Ray Millard

Ray Millard is a seasoned construction professional with over a decade of experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Quiring General LLC since April 2019, Ray previously held various roles at Swinerton Builders, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Senior Project Engineer. Early career experience includes project engineer internships at SJ Amoroso Construction and foundational roles at Granville Homes and Halsey Electric. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Fresno, and an Associate of Science degree in Building Safety, Code and Administration from Fresno City College.
