Brian Holley

Brian Holley, MBA- HCM, AIC- CPC has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Currently, they serve as the Director- SoCal Healthcare at Swinerton, where they utilize their expertise in healthcare buildings to deliver great projects. Brian has also held leadership roles at various organizations, including being the Past President and Fellow at the American Institute of Constructors (AIC), a Board Member at the Deer Springs Fire Protection District, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at the American Heart Association. Additionally, Brian has served as a Board Director/Advisor at Solstrata, a Healthcare Market Lead and Project Executive at Rudolph and Sletten, and a Senior Project Manager- Healthcare at Kitchell. Their early career experiences include roles as an Assistant Project Superintendent at Classic Custom Builders Inc, a Project Engineer at Tarco Inc, and a Project Engineer at Western Summit Constructors Inc. With a wide range of experiences in the construction and healthcare industries, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.

Brian Holley completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2001. In addition to their formal education, Brian holds certifications including Certified Professional Constructor from the American Institute of Constructors (AIC) and UAS Pilot Certification (Part 107) from the Federal Aviation Administration.
