Chad Lewis

Chad Lewis has a strong background in proposal and pursuit management. Chad started their career as a Proposal Manager/Technical Writer at All-Star Maintenance, Inc. from 1999 to 2003. Chad then worked at LB&B Associates Inc. as a Proposal Manager from 2003 to 2012, where they managed technical and pricing proposals for various contracts totaling over $2.6B. Finally, they joined Swinerton in 2012 and held various roles, including Director CRM Operations from 2018 to the present. In this role, they successfully managed proposals for projects totaling over $3.2B and achieved a 46% win rate.
