Gary J. Rafferty

Gary J. Rafferty, P.E., LEED AP, DBIA has an extensive career in engineering and construction, currently serving as a Board Director at Swinerton Builders where Gary J. previously held the title of President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all general construction operations. In addition to his role at Swinerton, Gary has been a lecturer at the CSULB College of Engineering since 2006. His early career included positions as an engineer at Bechtel Power Corp and the US Peace Corps. Gary earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
