Heidi Radcliffe

Heidi Radcliffe holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon State University and has extensive experience in marketing and event management. Currently serving as the Marketing Pursuits Manager at Swinerton since July 2022, Heidi has previously held roles including Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator and Marketing Proposal Coordinator. Between January 2018 and June 2022, Heidi worked at the Associated General Contractors Oregon-Columbia Chapter as an Events Specialist and Events Assistant, focusing on chapter and regional events support, planning, and marketing. Earlier positions include Banquet Captain at The Oregon Golf Club and Waitress/Event Staff at Willamette Valley Country Club, where Heidi honed skills in customer service, event execution, and team coordination.
