Lauren Nunnally

Lauren Nunnally serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Swinerton since June 2014, responsible for overseeing Business Technology/IT, HR Operations, Talent Management, and Sustainability/ESG efforts. Previously, Lauren held positions such as Chief Talent Officer, where strategic talent alignment was a focus, and General Manager of Craft Services, where a new corporate department was developed to enhance workforce productivity and business efficiency. With early experience as Project Manager and Project Engineer at Swinerton, Lauren managed multi-million dollar construction projects and led project teams. Prior roles included Transportation Research Associate at the Virginia Department of Transportation and Civil Engineering Technician at DJG Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master's and Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
