Liz Cowen is an experienced professional with a robust background in construction management and legal support. Currently serving as Paralegal/Contracts Manager and Negotiator at Swinerton since August 2020, Liz has held multiple titles including Project Engineer and Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at Goodfellow Bros. as Estimating Coordinator/Office Manager, and Langley Investment Properties as Construction Administrator. Earlier roles in the legal field as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Vincent L. Penta, P.S. and Boyd Gaffney Sowards McCray & Treosti involved document drafting, case management, and legal research. Liz holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal from Clark College.
