Steven Wolmark

Steven Wolmark currently serves as Managing Director at Swinerton since June 2023, following a role as Chief Investment Officer with the same company from September 2019 to January 2022. Wolmark is also a Partner at Murray Hill Partners LLC, a real estate investment and advisory firm in Oakland, CA, since November 2015, and at Amarok Capital LLC, a commercial real estate investment company in the San Francisco Bay Area, since May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at SKS Partners from August 2003 to October 2015 and as Executive Director at PHASE from August 1998 to July 2001. Additionally, Wolmark was a board member of Community Housing Partnership from June 2006 to June 2015. Wolmark holds an MBA in Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Political Science and Government from Cornell University.
