Susan Labandibar

Susan Labandibar is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership and organizational support. As Co-Leader at Swing Blue Alliance since June 2018, Susan has actively contributed to progressive causes, previously serving as Regional Organizing Coordinator for Swing Left from June 2018 to December 2020, where efforts focused on electing Democrats in New England. With a long-standing role as President of Tech Networks of Boston since January 1994, Susan has dedicated over two decades to serving the technology needs of the Greater Boston nonprofit community. Susan's entrepreneurial journey began in 1994 with the establishment of a home-based business that evolved into a retail store offering refurbished and new equipment alongside various tech services. Additionally, Susan briefly served as a Field Organizer for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party in late 2022. Educational credentials include a Leadership, Organizing and Action certificate from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Harvard University.
