Head of Customer Experience at Swing Education

Tamara Orellana has been working in customer service for over five years. Tamara started out as a client concierge at Putnam Lexus and then became the business manager at The Cats' Inn. In October 2018, they took over as owner of Cattitude Petsitting.

As the head of customer experience at Swing Education, Tamara is passionate about making sure every customer has a great experience. Tamara is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and make it more convenient and enjoyable.
