Audrey Hawkins

Audrey Hawkins is an experienced talent management professional with a strong background in executive search and customer relationship management. At SwingSearch and Encord, both during January 2024 to January 2025, Audrey achieved the notable distinction of completing the company's only in-house executive search in under 40 days, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process. Prior experience includes a Director role at SPMB Executive Search from November 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and CRM. Additional roles as an Associate at SPMB Executive Search and Heyman Associates, where foundational skills in talent management and CRM were developed, extend back to July 2016. Audrey holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance in Student Affairs from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University.
