Aleksandra Kopija-Maciaszek

Aleksandra Kopija-Maciaszek has a diverse work experience in IT recruitment and talent management. Aleksandra started their career in 2014 as a Contact Center representative at arvato Polska. In 2015, they worked as a Seller, Cashier, and Customer Advisor at Massimo Dutti. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Intern and Consultant at Deloitte Polska.

In 2019, Aleksandra joined Bee Talents as a Tech Recruiter, where they conducted full recruitment processes for various IT positions and was responsible for sourcing and research. Aleksandra also contributed to the company's brand image and cooperated with startups, mid to large software houses, and IT companies.

From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Recruitment Partner at Spartez Software, where they collaborated with hiring managers and conducted recruitment processes. In the same period, they also worked as a Talent Manager at Estimote, Inc., providing talent acquisition support.

In 2021, Aleksandra joined Merixstudio as an IT Recruitment Specialist. In this role, they developed and implemented long-term recruitment strategies, managed full lifecycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, and optimized existing processes. Aleksandra also mentored new hires and conducted exit interviews.

Currently, they are an IT Recruitment Specialist at Swing Development (SwingDev) since 2023, focusing on talent acquisition in the IT industry.

Aleksandra Kopija-Maciaszek earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Poznan University of Economics and Business in 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the same institution, which was completed in 2018.
