Jan Ophoff

Jan Ophoff is a seasoned predikant with extensive experience within various organizations. Currently serving as a predikant for the Nederlandse Gereformeerde Kerken since May 2023, Jan has also been the chair of the Identiteitscommissie De Lichtkring at Swinhove Groep since November 2018. Prior roles include predikant at GKv Zwijndrecht from September 2000 to May 2023 and at GKv Grootegast from January 1993 to August 2000, along with a predikant position at GKv Driebergen-Rijssenburg from October 1985 to December 1992. Additionally, Jan was actively involved in governance as the chairman and a member of the Raad van Toezicht at Theologische Universiteit Kampen between November 2008 and February 2017. Jan Ophoff holds a degree in Ethiek (drs.) from Theologische Universiteit Kampen, completed between 1978 and 1985.
