Jean Swip

Before joining Swip Systems in 1996 as a technical writer and software developer, Jean earned a degree in Civil Engineering and worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation for 5 years on various bridge and highway projects. Her passion for mathematics and problem solving made for an easy transition into the IT field and managing the financials at Swip. As the business grew, her focus naturally transitioned into accounting, human resources, and office administration.
