Paul Lorsbach

Paul Lorsbach has over 14 years of professional experience in software engineering, product development, and technology strategy. In 2021, they began their current role as VP of Engineering, ISO at SwipeSense Inc., a technology platform company that was acquired by SC Johnson to make a difference in the healthcare industry. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Special Project Manager at On Point Technology, LLC, where they designed and implemented the company's first Product Development Management process and initiated and organized the security program for On Point's OPTimum Cloud platform. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Affect X Technologies, where they built hardware device and backend that streamed high frequency biometric data via phone to the cloud for ML processing and back phone in near real time. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Great Hearts Initiatives, providing Product/Experience Design and Development, Technical and Business Strategy, and designing and implementing The Great Hearts Community, the largest public online giving circle in the world. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Product Manager and Senior Software Architect at On Point Technology, LLC, where they led an interdisciplinary team from product conception through early R&D to MVP to test viability of a new market for On Point. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Technical Project Manager at Wellspring Worldwide. From 2007 to 2014, they were a Software Architect and Software Engineer at On Point Technology, Inc.

Paul Lorsbach received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2007. Paul later attended Northwestern University, where they earned a Master of Science in Product Design & Development Management in 2013.
