Debra Turner, esq., MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned labor and employment counsel currently serving Swire Coca-Cola, USA, since December 2020, where responsibilities include legal counsel on labor compliance, representing the company before federal and state agencies, and overseeing HR leadership functions. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel at Avalon Health Care Group, where labor relations and employment law compliance were managed, and Attorney at Employers Council, providing legal guidance on labor law and HR practices. Earlier positions encompassed Human Resources Manager & General Counsel at Tomax Corporation, Staff Attorney & Business Manager at Whitford Law Offices, and various HR roles at Developmental Services of Utah. Debra holds an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Management, a JD, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Utah.
