Allison Despard

Allison Despard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Labor & Employment Counsel for the Asia Pacific region at Honeywell since September 2010, Allison oversees compliance for over 36,000 employees across 14 countries, managing litigation, corporate projects, and union relations. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Attorney at Intel, where responsibilities encompassed California litigation and labor issues, and Assistant General Counsel at Covad, focusing on labor and employment matters. Earlier in the career, Allison served as a shareholder/partner at Littler Mendelson and started as an associate at Oppenheimer Wolf & Donnelly. Allison holds a JD in Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BA in International Relations from William & Mary.
