Leandro Tane

Leandro Tane, CCP, GRP, GPHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leandro started their career at MoneyGram International as a Consumer Support Specialist, where they handled customer service, fraud, and compliance issues. Leandro then moved to Johns Manville, where they served as a Contractor Services Coordinator and later as an Associate Technical Specialist. Leandro then joined IMI Precision Engineering, where they held various roles such as Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst, Global/Americas Compensation Manager, and Director & Senior HR Business Partner. Their responsibilities at IMI included managing international compensation and benefits, administering HR systems, and ensuring corporate direction compliance. Currently, Leandro is with Swire Coca-Cola, USA, starting as Director of Compensation and progressing to Director of Compensation and Benefits and then Director of Total Rewards. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Total Rewards.

Leandro Tane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Regis University from 1999 to 2003. Leandro also holds certifications in Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
