Rob Gehring

Rob Gehring is the current President & CEO at Swire Pacific Holdings, Inc. Prior to their current position, they served as the Global Chief Sales Officer at The Hershey Company from January 2016 to June 2018. In this role, Gehring was responsible for leading Hershey’s customer-focused organization to drive profitable growth globally and deliver sales numbers across all North American business segments, retail channels and global customers. Rob was also responsible for leading sales operations while working with Marketing to activate the company’s brands at retail and key business functions to help achieve Hershey’s strategic long term goals.

Before their time at The Hershey Company, Gehring served as the President of Walmart Global Team at The Coca-Cola Company from May 2010 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for Walmart’s $13B beverage business and managed a team of over 200 associates. Rob also served on Coca-Cola’s Global Customer Leadership Council.

Gehring began their career at Coca-Cola Enterprises where they served as the Vice President of Sales from May 2002 to May 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing a sales force of over 1,000 people and grew the business by double digits annually.

Rob Gehring has a BS in accountancy from Arizona State University.
