Hazelle Ke

Hazelle Ke, IHRP-CP, serves as the Senior People Business Partner at Swire Shipping since May 2020, following a tenure at Thome Group as Assistant HR Manager. With extensive experience in manpower planning and talent acquisition, Hazelle has collaborated with divisional and department heads on recruitment strategies and supported various business units within the maritime sector. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Executive at Hong Lam Marine Pte Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed crew management and training program development, and an internship at Austen Maritime Services. Hazelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource and Training and Development from SHRI Academy.
