Padam Bhardwaj

Padam Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, Padam worked as a Campus Ambassador for Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. From 2018 to 2021, Padam was a Co-Founder at ARAVALI BEVERAGES, where they played a key role in the company's establishment. In 2020, Padam also co-founded BioPure Hygiene Services. In 2020, Padam joined Baaz as an Operations Manager and later became the Head of Operations until 2022. Currently, Padam is working at SWIRL® as the Head of Operations & Partnerships.

Padam Bhardwaj pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from RV College of Engineering, completing their education between 2014 and 2018.
