Dominik Elsaesser

Dominik has 30 years of global management experience in the chemical, cleantech, and process equipment industries, with expertise in technology, innovation management, and strategic advisory services. He is the founder and principal of Elsass Consulting, an independent management consulting practice focused on water and wastewater technologies and the cleantech sector. Dominik has held executive leadership positions at Pentair, Dow Chemical, Invista Specialty Materials, and Ashland Water. At Pentair, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Pentair Consumer Solutions, leading global product innovation and driving organic growth through commercialization of new process equipment and filtration products. He is passionate about technology innovation and new business development in the water treatment and clean technology markets. He earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Düsseldorf.
