Jonas Widell

Jonas Widell is a seasoned professional in information security, currently serving as a Security Architect at Swish (Getswish AB) since September 2023, with a strong emphasis on technical security within the Swish system. Prior to this role, Jonas Widell spent over two decades at Swedbank, culminating in the position of Group Information Security Officer, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of a comprehensive Information Security Governance Framework. Jonas also led IT Security and Risk Management and served in various capacities including Operational Risk Officer and Senior IT Security Architect, contributing to the development of security architecture and risk management processes. Additionally, Jonas held roles as an IT Security Specialist and System Developer in earlier positions and has been involved in educational support at the Royal Institute of Technology. Jonas Widell holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and is certified as a SABSA Foundation Certified IT Security Architect.
