Ilya Kessel

Ilya Kessel has over 14 years of work experience, primarily in software development. Ilya started their career at IBM in 2007 as a Software Developer and worked there for two years. In 2009, they joined IBM-XIV as a Software Developer and remained with the company for over 12 years. In 2021, they transitioned to Swish.ai (formerly DeepCoding) as a Senior Software Engineer. At Swish.ai, they contribute to the development of a hyperautomation platform that integrates with existing ITSM solutions, optimizing ticket flow orchestration and reducing mean time to resolution.
