John J Valentovic, CSPO®

John J Valentovic began their work experience in 2010 as a Sports Staff Writer for The Setonian, where they wrote recaps of Division I games and conducted interviews. John J then had internships with NBCUniversal Media, LLC and CNBC, where they contributed to websites, covered events, and created media packets. In 2013, they became a Dispatch Supervisor at Port Logistics Group, providing customer service and negotiating business opportunities. John J later worked at ICF International as an Operations Center Agent, providing customer service at a call center. In 2016, they joined National Life Group as a Customer Relations Representative, handling client complaints and coordinating service requests. John J then worked at Boys Town as a Hotline Associate/Youth Care, before joining DraftKings, Inc. as a Customer Experience Associate. In 2021, they became a Product Owner at SuperDraft, Inc. and currently holds the role of Product Manager at Swish Analytics.

John J Valentovic, CSPO®, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Seton Hall University. John J attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
