Carlos Hoepelman

Carlos Hoepelman has extensive work experience in the finance field. Carlos started their career at 3M, where they worked as a Supply Chain Planner and later as a Financial Analyst, providing financial advice and conducting P&L analysis for various business units. Carlos also served as a Project Manager, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology to lead cross-functional teams and implement projects.

Carlos then joined Philip Morris International, where they held several managerial positions. As the Finance Manager for the Latin America & Canada Region, Carlos maintained an effective planning and analysis capability, reviewed operational performance, and provided analytical tools to senior management. Carlos also served as the Manager of Accounting & Operations Finance, overseeing accounting processes, manufacturing costs, and financial closings. Additionally, they worked as a Manager of Financial Planning, coordinating forecasts and plans for the Global Duty Free Organization and conducting financial modeling for business optimization projects. Carlos also performed trade marketing finance and financial planning & strategy roles during their tenure.

Most recently, Carlos joined Swisher as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Carlos previously held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at the same company. Carlos'sresponsibilities include overseeing financial planning and analysis activities and providing strategic guidance to senior management.
