Tricia Pittman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Tricia began their career at Fidelity Bank in 1994, where they served as Vice-President and Director of Personnel until 2001. Tricia then joined Robins Federal Credit Union as a Human Resources Manager from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they worked at The Telegraph as a Human Resources Manager in 2007 for a year. Tricia then joined Swisher International in 2010 as a Human Resources Manager, later being promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2013, a position they still hold.
