Alois Kauer

Alois Kauer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Alois is currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (GCHRO) at Swiss Automotive Group AG since January 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at different companies, including being a Co-Author for two books at Hanser Verlag since November 2019, being part of Group Academy at Volkswagen AG from September 2022 to January 2023, being the Head of Skoda Academy at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. from February 2020 to September 2022, and serving as the Head of Organisation Development at Volkswagen Slovakia from February 2015 to February 2020. Alois also had significant experience at Audi, where they served as the Geschäftsführer at Audi Akademie Hungaria from January 2008 to January 2015 and held multiple roles at Audi Akademie GmbH from September 1998 to December 2007, including being the Leiter Fachsegment Mitarbeiterqualifizierung and Trainer und Berater.

From 1994 to 1998, Alois Kauer attended Katholische Stiftungshochschule München, where they pursued a degree in Sozialpädagogik. Upon completing their studies, they obtained a Diplom in Sozialpädagogik.
