Dagmar Laub

Dagmar Laub currently serves as the Head of Communications & Public Affairs at the Swiss Bankers Association, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 13 specialists and implementing a new communications strategy approved by the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Dagmar Laub was the Head of Corporate Communications at Zürcher Kantonalbank, managing strategic communication and public affairs, and successfully integrating a Corporate Newsroom model. Dagmar Laub also held the position of Head of Corporate Communications at Raiffeisen Switzerland Cooperative, where a strategic realignment of the Group Communications department was executed. Earlier experience includes leading communications at Clariden Leu during its merger from five Credit Suisse private banks, and working as a PR Consultant focused on various sectors at Frei Kirchgessner Partner Communications AG. Dagmar Laub has further enhanced professional capabilities through advanced leadership and corporate communications training at IMD and the International School of Management in Germany.
