Sarah-Lena Klink

Sarah-Lena Klink serves as the Head of Sustainability at Swiss Climate since October 2016, leading the sustainability consulting division by acquiring new mandates, developing client-focused products, and managing diverse sustainability projects for both SMEs and large enterprises. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Deloitte, where contributions were made to change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement for major financial institutions in Switzerland. Earlier career steps involved internships in business development, support roles in government simulations, and teaching at a university level. Sarah-Lena holds an MSc in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, a Bachelor's degree in International Business with Honours from Victoria University of Wellington, and additional qualifications in Mandarin and innovation studies. Key accomplishments include completing an independent study that influenced strategic decisions in hospital development and proficiency in multiple languages to enhance communication with internal stakeholders.
