David Maras

David Maras has over two decades of experience in the hospitality and education sectors. Currently serving as Restaurant Manager and F&B Lecturer at Swiss Education Group since August 2012, David also works as Food and Beverage Assistant Manager at Hotel Institute Montreux since January 2019. Previous roles include Food & Beverage Lecturer at ITIM International Hotel Management School and Carrick Institute of Education, as well as English Instructor at Language Express in Thailand. David's background features positions at Sydney Business Travel Academy, Fitness First Australia, Mirvac Hotels and Resorts, Accor, and Hilton Worldwide, where roles ranged from supervisor to management level in food and beverage operations. David holds a PGD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Derby and degrees in Business Management and Hotel Management from Western Sydney University and 5 Star Hospitality Management School Sydney, respectively.
