Juergen Fischer

Juergen Fischer has had an extensive HR career, starting in 1986 with Nixdorf Computer as a Manager of HR-Controlling. Juergen then moved on to roles in compensation and benefits management at companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, and Claas KGaA. In 1998, Fischer joined SCA Hygiene Products as a Manager of Human Resources, where they stayed until 2004. After that, they founded their own HR consulting firm, Juergen Fischer HR Consulting, and served as the Managing Director until 2006. Following this, Fischer worked as the Head of Compensation & Benefits Switzerland at Alstom Power for three years, before joining Swiss Life in 2009 in the same role.

Juergen Fischer obtained a Master's degree (Dipl.Kfm.) in HR Management, Labour Relations, and Marketing from the University of Mannheim. This degree was earned between 1980 and 1986.
