Leila Jaafar

Leila Jaafar has held a variety of roles in the nuclear industry. Leila began their career in 2010 as a Program Manager, Product Line Manager Containment Systems, and Computational Engineer for Radiation Protection and Neutron Fluence at Areva. In 2016, they became a Consultant for Project Swiss Nuclides. Leila then served as the CEO and Founder of Swiss Nuclides from 2017 to 2021, and is currently the CEO and Founder of NUCLIDIUM AG.

Leila Jaafar obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biophysics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2009. Prior to that, they had studied Biophysics at IMPRS-Physics of Light from 2006 to 2009.
